Revolutionary Cleaning

Zerorez® is the revolutionary carpet cleaning services franchise that is changing the way homeowners and property managers think about clean carpets. Unlike traditional carpet cleaning companies that use a method of hot water extraction using soaps and detergents and harsh chemicals that get left behind in the carpet fibers, Zerorez® uses our patented Zr Clean™ technology which is a water based, non toxic cleaning agent that leaves no soil-attracting residue behind. Zr Clean™ is able to remove embedded dirt, reduce the dry time, and makes spots much less likely to reappear.

Highly Trained Technicians

  • Zerorez® Technicians must pass a 15-page technical exam before they are released in the field alone.
  • No service is performed without your consent.
  • Zerorez® Technicians have clean backgrounds - no DUI's, no criminal records, and they are all licensed, bonded and insured.
  • Technicians are required to follow strict company guidelines and uniform codes to insure that you and your family feel safe and comfortable with person in your home.

Local Ownership

Zerorez® has been locally owned and operated in Spokane for over 10 years by the McGee family of five. Jeremy started the franchise a year before meeting Rachel in Spokane, WA. Rachel received her MSW from EWU and they have 3 children Teagan, Paige and Thayne. We have a Staff of positive individuals who have a passion to clean our community with character with vision and with style. Our techs are trained daily and attend regular IICRC class to stay sharp. We love our business and are excited to grow and develop a long term relationship with our customers in this beautiful GREEN part of the world. Thank you for your support.
